Coordination with ISO

International standards, local delivery

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) brings experts together to agree voluntary international standards. ISO itself does not issue certificates. CFIPEC follows those standards—especially ISO/IEC 17024—to build a trusted path for assessing personal competence, so credentials are comparable, impartial and accepted.

What CFIPEC does

CFIPEC Global is organised around workforce empowerment. The organisation works in coordination with ISO standards—especially ISO/IEC 17024, the international standard for certification of persons—to assess competence, support training partners and provide career assistance.

The goal is to give young people and professionals credentials and skills that are accepted in domestic and international labour markets. Working with the IPEC Certification Bureau network, CFIPEC advances country-level delivery, one-stop services and career counselling.

For professionals

Become a CFIPEC member

Register as a candidate, complete your profile and pay the membership fee to receive a CFIPEC member ID. Certified members can sit assessments and see verified jobs in Bangladesh and overseas.

Pay the membership fee

Pay through the digital gateway and receive your CFIPEC member ID.

Assessment and careers

Sit competence assessments and use the career centre, including overseas / migration openings.

For academies

Become a Training & Examination Provider

Training centres and academies apply with a trade licence, organisation profile, trainer CVs and infrastructure details. After CFIPEC approval and the partnership fee, you become an official provider.

Institutional application

Submit your trade licence, organisation details, trainer CVs and infrastructure information.

Verification and approval

The CFIPEC admin team reviews the documents and approves or rejects the TEP account.

Partnership fee

Approved providers pay the partnership or enrollment fee through the digital gateway.

Official provider

Once paid, you are listed as an official TEP and can record examination results.
